My Story
As a survivor of childhood trauma, my history was formed through dysfunctional and abusive relationships. I realized I would need to heal my trauma through functional relationships with supportive people in respectful processes. I have also learned that healing is not a destination but a path, and each new chapter I turn toward with compassion opens up another world of healing and self-discovery.

My body holds the evidence of my emotional wounds, and learning how to support my body with nourishment and care through trauma recovery was a key to my holistic healing journey. I deserve to feel good and so do you.

My hope is to walk with you on your own path for as long as you may need me in your own recovery process.
