My Story
As a survivor of childhood trauma, I learned that since my history was formed through dysfunctional relationships, I would need to heal my trauma through functional relationships with supportive people. I have also learned that healing is not a destination but a journey, and each new chapter opens up another world of healing and self-discovery.

My body holds the evidence of my emotional wounds, and learning how to support my body through trauma recovery was a key to my holistic healing journey.

My hope is to walk with you on your own path for as long as you may need me.
